La Mer has been a valued buyer of our fish, and we’re pleased that both their team and customers are enjoying the quality and consistency of this unique species. Farmed responsibly in PEI, our spotted wolffish offers a stable and sustainable option in a market where wild-caught supply is limited.
While our own supply remains limited during this early buildup phase, it’s especially encouraging to see that the fish is already making a positive impression in the market.
